At ZOKU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and kitchen essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original ZOKU packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
